Genesis Kids is designed to provoke wonder and discovery by inviting kids into a new understanding of how to grow in relationship with Jesus. Utilizing the Orange Strategy, we aim to partner with parents to equip them as spiritual leaders in their family.

Each experience within Genesis Kids provides a safe, age-appropriate environment where the Bible is taught in a creative and relevant way. For more information on each of our different areas in Genesis Kids, scroll down to the bottom of the page.

We believe in partnering with parents in raising up children to know and love the Lord. And Baby Dedication is the first step in that partnership. Our next Baby Dedication Celebration will be held on Sunday, May 12th, 2024.

NURSERY (birth - 24 months)

In our Nursery class, we strive to create the first building blocks of a strong, Gospel-centered foundation for our children. We create a loving and calm environment for our little ones to discover and experience God’s love through the help of our caring nursery volunteers. Our time is spent singing songs, engaging the babies in play, and telling them of Jesus’ unending love for them.

TODDLERS (2-3 year olds)

The Toddlers class is where our two and three year olds are given a chance to explore, play, and interact as they learn about God and are introduced to Biblical truths. Our curriculum expands to include a variety of Bible-based hands-on activities and basic truths to reinforce the lesson. Whether through a game, coloring pages, or even snack time, God’s love is evident in every moment spent in this class.

PRESCHOOL/KINDERGARTEN (4-5 year olds)

The Preschool/Kindergarten class provides age-appropriate Bible lessons and learning activities that are both fun and spiritually rich. Each class is designed to meet children at their level in a safe environment where they can feel loved and grow in their faith. Every part of the lesson, from games to crafts, reinforces that day’s lesson, memory verse, and bottom line. Parents are encouraged to use the Family Devotional sheet to continue the discussion with children as they go throughout their week.

ELEMENTARY (1st-5th grade)

Our Sunday morning experience for kids in grades 1-5 is designed to capture their minds and hearts through fun, interactive, and inspiring lessons and worship.  Smalls groups provide an engaging opportunity to build relationships with both peers and leaders as they apply and reflect on the lesson through activities, discussion, and prayer. Every part of the Elementary Experience is aimed at meeting kids where they are at while delivering an exciting and relevant message that continually deepens their relationship with Jesus.
